Niger were awarded a 3–0 victory by forfeit after Congo refused to travel to DR Congo for their home match on 6 June, insisting that they play in Brazzaville.
Tanzania were awarded a 3–0 victory by forfeit due to Congo's suspension.
Zambia were awarded a 3–0 victory by forfeit due to Congo's suspension.
Eritrea withdrew. Congo were suspended on 6 February 2025 due to government interference. Their remaining matches were cancelled.
